Vercetti Enterprises, a rising South Florida general contractor,has poured the final batch of concrete on the latest Spin Car Wash in North Lauderdale.

The car wash will be located just off of McNab Road in North Lauderdale. The Walmart anchored shopping center is situated between the Florida Turnpike and University Drive which makes it easily accessible. This particular location will feature 20 vacuum stations, an elongated wash tunnel, and a large equipment room positioned to handle over 200 car washes daily. The structure features a special hollow core deck system with a lightweight insulated concrete topping over the roofing membrane. Due to the high volume of this car wash, the drainage system includes three, 3000-gallon water reclamation tanks. A unique overhanging entrance and exit canopy supported by decorative tilted steel columns make this location a unique addition to McNab Road.

Vercetti Enterprises is anticipating an expedited completion within 150 calendar days. This will mark the quickest construction timeline for a ground-up car wash project in South Florida.
