Vercetti Enterprises, a rising South Florida general contractor, has begun the new year with the completion of several projects throughout Florida, most notably a ground-up Popeye’s in Palm Coast.

“We began this project at the tail end of 2019 with a 90-day schedule. Our team worked effortlessly through the holiday season and tackled many challenges along the way to finish in 75 days” said Danny Vercetti, president of Vercetti Enterprises.

“This project is roughly four hours north of our Miami headquarters and with the pace at which it was completed, attests to our experience and presence throughout the state. This by far cannot be completed without a driven, dedicated and problem-solving culture from within our team.”

Vercetti Enterprises has completed the franchise’s first location to Palm Coast, Florida. The project is aground-up 2,503 square foot restaurant and will feature all new sitework and utilities. This particular store is the second construction project located on this property spanning over 500 acres. There is also an upcoming retail strip and planned hotel project following the completion of the Popeye’s.

Palm Coast has seen a recent surge in real estate and construction activity. Currently under active development are the Airport Commons, Alamo Expansion, Central Landings, Dollar General Store, Florida Army National Guard, O’Reily Auto Parts, Pine Lakes Animal Hospital, Sherwin Williams Paint, Texas Roadhouse Steak Restaurant, The Palms at Town Center, Wawa Convenience Store & Gas Station and a commercial spec building. Projects coming soon include Advent Health, Bella Cita Storage, Coastal Rehab, Culver’s Restaurant, Flagler Health+, Gold Choice ALF, Matanzas Woods Retail Central, StorQuest Storage and Azure ALF.
