Vercetti Enterprises, a rising South Florida general contractor,will end the 2019 calendar year with several projects throughout Florida, most notably a ground-up Popeye’s in Palm Coast.

Vercetti Enterprises is bringing the franchise’s first location to Palm Coast, Florida. The project is an aground-up 2,503 square foot restaurant and will feature all-new site work and utilities. This particular store is the second construction project located on this property spanning over 500 acres. There is also an upcoming retail strip and planned hotel project following the completion of the Popeye’s.

Palm Coast has seen a surge in real estate activity. Currently under active development Airport Commons, Alamo Expansion, Central Landings, Dollar General Store, Florida Army National Guard, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Pine Lakes Animal Hospital, Sherwin Williams Paint, Texas Roadhouse Steak Restaurant, The Palms at Town Center, Wawa Convenience Store & Gas Station and a Commercial-Spec Building.
