Vercetti Enterprises, a rising South Florida general contractor,will end the 2019 calendar year with several new projects throughout Florida, one being a Dollar Tree in Pembroke Pines.

The location is a prime stop for shoppers with Bravo Supermarket located just next door and features access from North Perry Air Port, 27th Avenue, Pembroke Road, Florida Turnpike, I-95 Interstate, and connections to many local cities such as Hollywood, Miramar and Miami Gardens. Nearby there is a Walmart, Sam’s Club, Sunoco Gas station, Western Union and many independently owned restaurants.
