Built in 1939, the Imperial Hotel is a historic 40-suite hospitality property originally designed by architect Albert Anis. The project encompassed the renovation and restoration of the existing Art Deco structure, including modernization of all guest suites and building systems while preserving its historic architectural character. The scope also included upgrades to the ground-floor restaurant and terrace fronting Ocean Drive, renovation of hotel restroom facilities, and improvements to the on-site conference room.
