Historic restoration and preservation project within the Park Central Hotel lobby, featuring restoration of the original terrazzo flooring and careful preservation of architectural elements in support of a high-end hospitality build-out. The scope included surface restoration, specialty finishes, concrete and stucco repairs, impact-rated windows and doors, and coordinated building envelope improvements throughout the historic property.
