Ground-up construction of a new 10,000-square-foot Dollar Tree retail building with comprehensive site development, a wrap-around parking lot, loading bay, and enclosed dumpster area. The project included site preparation, soil import and export, landscaping and irrigation, asphalt paving, concrete foundations, structural steel and metal stud framing, EIFS cladding, architectural stone, storefront glass and doors, exterior canopies, and signage. Interior work included a complete build-out with drywall, finishes, and fully integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Florida Product Approved building-envelope systems were incorporated to meet applicable wind-load requirements and support long-term durability.
