Interior demolition of existing karate studio including flooring, ceilings, masonry walls, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. New scope of work included structural steel components, all new framing & drywall, tile installation, electrical systems including low voltage and panels, mechanical systems including roof top units, plumbing systems with new fixtures, ceilings, paint, Dollar Tree fixture and signage installation, and cooler/freezer install.
