Vercetti Enterprises Begins Construction on Gator Run Park Improvements in Weston

The City of Weston is bringing new recreational amenities to Gator Run Park. Vercetti Enterprises is beginning construction on a series of municipal park improvements to expand outdoor recreation opportunities for local residents.

Located next to Gator Run Elementary School, the project will add new multi-purpose athletic courts, expanded parking, and improved pedestrian access. Together, these upgrades will create more space for sports, outdoor activities, and community gatherings.

In addition to the new amenities, the park construction project will include significant site development and infrastructure improvements. Work will involve grading, stormwater drainage, underground utilities, concrete walkways, site lighting, landscaping, and irrigation. As the project’s general contractor, Vercetti Enterprises will oversee construction of the new recreational facilities and surrounding park improvements.

Because the park is located near an active elementary school and residential neighborhood, construction will require careful planning. Throughout the project, the team will coordinate site activities to maintain safe access and minimize disruptions to the surrounding community.

The project marks another investment by the City of Weston in its public parks and recreational infrastructure.
