Vercetti Enterprises Completes Restaurant Construction for Level 6 in Coconut Grove

Level 6 Rooftop is officially complete, marking another high-end restaurant construction project delivered by Vercetti Enterprises for INK Entertainment Group in Coconut Grove.

Located at 3480 Main Highway, the approximately 5,000-square-foot restaurant build-out transformed nearly the entire roof deck into a full-service hospitality venue. The project also included interior support areas needed for daily restaurant operations.

A major part of the hospitality construction involved the full-service bar and kitchen. Vercetti coordinated the structural work, utilities, and building systems needed to support both areas. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services were also connected to Amal Coconut Grove, which Vercetti had completed on the ground floor below.

The project included a dedicated private elevator connection from the ground floor to the rooftop. This provided direct guest access while supporting the overall flow of the venue. Custom hand-glazed tile finishes also required precise material coordination and detailing throughout the space.

Delivering the restaurant required close coordination across structural, MEP, access, and operational infrastructure. Each system had to integrate with the existing building while meeting the demands of a full-service restaurant environment.

With construction complete, Level 6 showcases the combination of technical coordination and detailed finishes required for high-end restaurant construction in Miami. The completed venue brings together kitchen and bar infrastructure, integrated building systems, and custom architectural details within one cohesive space.

Now open above Coconut Grove, Level 6 Rooftop represents another completed restaurant build-out for Vercetti and INK Entertainment Group.
