Phase 5 and 6 are Homestead Housing Authorities latest USDA funded housing project. Both phases will total 40 townhomes and will provide local agricultural workers with affordable living accommodations. The total project size is approximately 6 acres and will feature drought resistant landscaping to conserve water, concrete stairs and 2nd floor deck for durability, and all new utility services.
