Full interior gut renovation and complete build-out of the existing facility, including demolition back to the structural shell and reconstruction of the banquet area, commercial kitchen, restrooms, and office spaces. Interior work included new framing, doors and glazing, architectural casework, hard ceilings, drywall assemblies, insulation, tile and carpet flooring, paint, complete MEP systems, fire alarm and life-safety systems, interior and exterior lighting, and technology infrastructure. Exterior improvements included replacement windows and doors, concrete and stucco repairs, exterior painting, new aluminum canopies at the entrance and rear terrace, a covered barbecue area, drainage improvements, and ADA-accessible pathways.
