Complete renovation of a 2,000-square-foot historic concession area, including interior demolition, concrete foundations, structural steel, specialty finishes, and complete MEP, fire protection, and low-voltage systems. The project also included custom casework, wood beams, epoxy and handmade Spanish tile flooring, commercial kitchen equipment, walk-in cooler and freezer systems, grease interceptors, hood and fire suppression restoration, and salt-rock-finish concrete paving.
