Vercetti Enterprises Completes Amal Coconut Grove Restaurant Build-Out

Amal Coconut Grove is officially open, marking the completion of a high-end restaurant construction project by Vercetti Enterprises for INK Entertainment Group in Miami.

Located at 3480 Main Highway, the approximately 8,500-square-foot restaurant build-out involved a full design-build transformation of the ground-floor space. Vercetti completed demolition, structural modifications, new architectural finishes, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The hospitality construction also required extensive infrastructure to support Amal’s kitchen and daily restaurant operations. Vercetti coordinated a panoramic curtain-wall glass system designed to meet Florida Product Approval and wind-load requirements. The team also managed the installation of the restaurant’s bar and kitchen equipment.

In addition, the project included a complete low-voltage system for CCTV surveillance, audio, access control, and network connectivity. These systems were integrated with the architectural finishes and operational needs of the finished restaurant.

Designed by Studio Munge for INK Entertainment Group, Amal combines detailed interiors with the technical systems required for a full-service hospitality environment. The project required close coordination between design, construction, specialty equipment, and restaurant operations.

With construction complete, Amal Coconut Grove reflects the level of planning and execution required for high-end restaurant construction in Miami. The finished space brings together custom architectural features, kitchen infrastructure, building systems, and hospitality-focused details within one cohesive restaurant environment.
