Vercetti Enterprises Completes Data Center Infrastructure Upgrade at PortMiami
Vercetti Enterprises completed a specialized data center and technical infrastructure upgrade at PortMiami. The work strengthened critical building and technology systems within an active cruise terminal.
The project included the relocation and upgrade of data infrastructure. Vercetti also installed new IT/AV equipment, power and UPS systems, HVAC upgrades, and expanded low-voltage and data pathways. In total, the team installed more than 4,000 linear feet of IT, low-voltage, and high-power distribution pathways throughout the terminal.
Additional work included upgrades to fire protection, access control, electrical systems, and rooftop cooling equipment. The team also completed testing and startup of the finished data center systems. Together, these improvements created a more secure and reliable technology environment.
Because the terminal remained active, the work required careful planning and coordination. Vercetti maintained access, safety, and ongoing operations throughout construction.
The completed project adds another specialized infrastructure project to Vercetti’s portfolio. It also demonstrates the company’s ability to coordinate technical systems within complex, active facilities.
