Vercetti Enterprises Completes New and Renovated Restroom Facilities at Zoo Miami

Vercetti Enterprises has completed the construction and renovation of restroom facilities at Zoo Miami, with the newly upgraded spaces now open for guests to enjoy. The improvements bring modern amenities to one of South Florida’s most popular attractions, enhancing comfort, accessibility, and convenience for visitors.

The project included the renovation of seven existing restroom facilities, construction of a new restroom building, and installation of a prefabricated modular structure. Together, these improvements provide updated facilities to better accommodate the needs of families and visitors throughout the park.

The work involved extensive public restroom renovations and facility construction, including interior demolition, plumbing and electrical upgrades, new fixtures, finishes, and accessibility improvements. Additionally, construction of the new facilities required site preparation, underground utility connections, and surrounding infrastructure work.

With Zoo Miami remaining open throughout construction, the project required careful planning and coordination across multiple areas of the park. As the project’s general contractor, Vercetti Enterprises managed construction activities while maintaining safe visitor access and minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
