Construction of a 3,000-square-foot, one-story addition to the City of Lighthouse Point City Hall to create new library space, along with improvements across an approximately 28,585-square-foot site. The project included site demolition, roofing, impact-resistant windows and doors, stucco, drywall, interior finishes, ceilings, lighting, new restrooms, firestopping, complete MEP extensions, and fire alarm integration. Site improvements included a new parking lot, asphalt and concrete paving, stormwater exfiltration trenches, drainage upgrades, utility coordination, landscaping, and striping, with construction coordinated to maintain uninterrupted City Hall operations.
