The ongoing project includes interior and exterior upgrades to modernize and expand the facility. Interior work features renovated and reconfigured spaces, updated finishes, new lighting and electrical systems, renovated restrooms, and enhancements to meeting and auditorium areas. Exterior improvements include a 5,000-square-foot expansion, installation of a new energy-efficient cool roof, impact-resistant windows and doors, façade enhancements, exterior painting, and site improvements. The project has been designed with sustainability in mind and is targeting LEED Silver certification.
