The project includes the renovation of seven men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the zoo as interior buildouts, including demolition, mold remediation, and upgrades to plumbing, electrical, finishes, and fixtures. It also includes the construction of one new restroom facility and installation of a prefabricated modular building, with required site work and utility connections.
