The Biscayne Plaza project included façade renovations and system upgrades, such as replacing the roof with a code-compliant assembly and installing impact-rated windows and doors meeting hurricane standards. Work also included adding frosted bathroom windows, stucco and concrete repairs, full exterior repainting, and a new emergency power system with a generator, transfer switches, and dedicated panels.
